PRINCIPAL

Mac Johnson is an expert advisor in government-facing business development.

His in-depth knowledge of competitive capture strategy and probability-of-win (P-Win) optimization stems from years serving as a Proposal Coordinator and Capture Advisor for major Federal Contract Integrators.

In the past decade Johnson has supported highly competitive capture initiatives securing an estimated $1.2Billion in government business through major Federal IDVs.

Johnson leverages an intimate knowledge of emerging market opportunities and competitive advantage strategies to help companies target and achieve rapid success and long-term stability.

Prior to entering the private sector, Johnson served in the U.S. Army as a member of a dedicated special reconnaissance team and later as a program manager supporting U.S. Defense initiatives abroad.

He holds certifications in Enterprise Risk Management, Adult Learning Theory, and Instructional Design. Pramantha Group proudly leverages Johnson's ingenuity and non-linear capture approaches to provide clients with the most efficient and effective pathways to success.

Phil Gothard

PRINCIPAL

Phil Gothard is an entrepreneur and business expert with 18 years of experience in leadership, project management, and operations. As a consultant to multinational corporations, Gothard was integral to the development of proprietary methodologies that resulted in substantial threat, risk, and vulnerability reductions in global supply chains and business operations.

He is skilled in the highly competitive federal proposal writing and capture processes including a recent effort that won medical Cannabis licenses valued in the tens of millions of dollars. Gothard continues to apply these unique skills to emerging and established market opportunities with a growing team of strategic writers, subject matter experts, and proposal managers.

Prior to Pramantha, Gothard served in Special Operations (1/75 Ranger Regiment – US Army) and Worldwide Diplomatic Protection (US Department of State).

He also holds a bachelor's degree in Business and the Master of Applied Leadership & Management degree, both from Arizona State University. Gothard's real-world experiences in complex, volatile, and highly regulated global industries paired with his formal education are central to Pramantha Group's continued operational success.
